Holland Homes is proposing the development of 59 units, comprising 14 single-detached dwellings and 44 townhouses with 1 existing heritage property retained. The new units will be serviced by a new municipal road that loops through the property, connecting the dwellings to Gord Vinson Avenue.
Zoning By-Law Amendment approvals for the property were secured by LANDx Developments in June 2024. A Draft Plan of Subdivision to implement the proposal was subsequently approved on January 20th, 2025.
LANDx is now assisting Holland Homes with guiding the project through detailed design, clearance of conditions, and ultimately the registration of the subdivision.
